Our Mission
At Harmony Healthcare and Wellness, our mission is to provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care and medical weight loss management as well as support long term health with compassionate, accessible care tailored to each patient.
Founded and led by Sarah Nicosia, APRN-BC, our practice offers evidence-based care- including medically guided weight loss with GLP- 1 therapies when appropriate - through convenient telemedicine and in-person visits. We also provide preventative care, chronic disease management, and acute sick visits for common illnesses.
