Self-Pay Primary Care Medical Services & Pricing
At Harmony Healthcare & Wellness, we offer transparent, self-pay pricing with no insurance billing, no hidden fees, and no surprise costs. You always know the price before your visit.
New Patient Visit – $125
Required for all patients who have never been seen in our practice - Including those scheduling for acute or sick concerns.
Includes Comprehensive evaluation, medical history review, and personalized treatment plan.
Established Patient Follow-Up – $65
For Ongoing care, chronic condition management, medication management, and routine follow-ups.
Established Patient Sick Visit (In-Person) – $75
Evaluation and treatment of acute, non-emergency medical concerns, such as:
Cold, flu, cough, or sinus symptoms
Sore throat or ear pain
Urinary symptoms
Minor infections
Established Patient Telehealth Visit – $50
Convenient virtual visits for follow-ups, medication refills, and select acute concerns when clinically appropriate.
