• At this time, we operate as a cash-pay practice. However, we can provide a super bill that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. We can accept HSA/FSA if diagnosis is medically necessary.

After your consultation and approval, your prescription will be sent to a licensed pharmacy. You'll receive your medication via mail delivery to your house.

Due to health and safety regulation, medication cannot be returned or refunded once they have been dispensed or delivered-even if unopened.

Contact the office via text or call when you are ready for your refill. Keep in mind it can take 3-7 days for the medication to be shipped.

Yes, but we recommend discussing it with your provider first. Stopping suddenly may cause your appetite to return quickly. We'll help you taper or switch your plans if needed.

Missing one dose is usually not a problem. Take it as soon as you remember, or wait until your next scheduled dose. Let us know if this happens more than once-we can help adjust your plan.

Yes. If you would like to start on 7.5 mg or higher of Tirzepatide, we will ask that you send proof of your previous prescription.
